i was choked in our lunch. Foods stuck in my throat and my BP shoot up to 200! i cannot even drink water as my throat is impassable.
its 911 Anniversary today, which resulted to 20 years war with US to Afganistan..and now 2021, US withdrawn and Taliban turns winner!
its typhoon Kiko today so i cannot go for a bike ride, instead i will be with my stationary bike today
